As it has done in the past with other products, Apple has recently started sending surveys to iMac Pro users. The survey asks customers about why they purchased the machine, features they like and dislike, and more. They survey of iMac Pro customers comes ahead of the release of a new Mac Pro in 2019. Disney+ has a lot to offer fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but actress Adrianne Palicki is hoping for one more thing: a series based on her character, Mockingbird. Palicki first played Mockingbird/Bobbi Morse on ABC’s long-running series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. She joined the cast in season 2 episode 5, soon after co-star Nick Blood. Blood played Lance Hunter, Bobbi’s ex-husband and fellow member of S.H.I.E.L.D. The two were quickly promoted to series regulars, with fans enjoying both their characters and their chemistry together....

Following up on a successful donation campaign last year, the developer behind the highly popular iOS Reddit app Apollo is again giving 100% of proceeds from Saturday’s sales to the SPCA animal shelter. The campaign comes during an important busy season for shelters. Last year on July 20, Apollo for Reddit’s developer, Christian Selig, decided to donate all of the proceeds from the app’s sales to his local SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) shelter in Nova Scotia....

Affinity Publisher is an upcoming desktop publishing app that many are hoping will serve as legitimate Adobe InDesign alternative, much like sister apps Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer have served as viable alternatives to Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Lost amid the shuffle of today’s release of Designer for iPad, developer Serif says that the Publisher beta will arrive before the end of August.
