How to fix it: Make sure your Internet connection is working fine and connected to the device successfully.

- Open the Safari browser on your Mac computer.
- Click on the menu and locate the preferences and enter into it.

Open the Safari browser on your Mac computer.

- Soft Reset: You have to press the power button until the screen turns off. After about 1 minute you have to turn on your TV and try Netflix again.
